Hafele Hardware - Plastic - Plastic Pull 3 3/4" Centers Pull in White
These nylon pulls exactly matched my old pulls in appearance and feel. Easy to mount but they come without mounting screws. The description says to "use #8 wood screws (not supplied)." Use #8 cabinet screws with coarser threads than normal wood screws that are 1/2" longer than your door thickness. Cabinet screws don't require countersinking like a normal flat head wood screw and 1/2" penetration into the pulls gives good holding power. Predrill holes through your doors large enough so the cabinet screws just slip through the doors.
